Sorry kids, still nothin’ technical (I’ve been painting my house for a week). Buuuuut, Star Trek is about to release an energy drink called Romulan Ale:

And while I’m quite aware this isn’t Roman but instead a Star Trek thing (and I’ve never been much of a Trekkie myself) I felt it needed to repost the recipe for Romulan Ale before the energy drink forever obfuscates it (my guess is you’ll just add energy drink and liquor at that point). So for starters there was the lightweight version from high school:
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- Sprite
Next, there was the regular version in college:
- 1 part Bacardi 151
- 1 part grain alcohol
- 1 part Blue Curacao
Then there was the too lazy so just drink beer version:
