Enable Dark Menu Bar

You can disable dark mode but keep the menu bar dark. To do so, set NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance to true in the global defaults domain on the Mac using the defaults command:

defaults write -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance -bool true
